We collect only the information needed to deliver our services and respond to enquiries. This includes details you submit via forms (name, email, phone, event details) and communications you send us.

Why we use your data: to provide quotes, manage bookings, deliver and support services, and keep essential records. Our lawful bases include contract, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.

Retention: enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months; booking records are retained as required for tax and insurance. We do not sell your data.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise your rights, contact us using the link provided. We’ll respond promptly.

Security: we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures and limit access to authorised personnel only.

Bookings

Quotes confirm availability at the time of issue. Bookings are secured when you accept our quote in writing and/or pay any specified deposit.

Cancellations & Changes

Notify us in writing. Charges may apply based on notice period and costs already incurred.

Responsibilities

Ensure suitable access, power, and venue permissions. You are responsible for equipment security while on site.

Loss & Damage

Loss, theft, or damage while on hire may be chargeable. Please take reasonable care and notify us immediately of any issues.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur charges.

  • Risk Assessments & Method Statements: prepared for relevant jobs; site specifics confirmed in advance.
  • Insurance: Public Liability cover in place; certificates available on request.
  • PAT Testing: all portable electrical equipment is tested on a rolling schedule and visually checked before deployment.
  • On-Site Practices: competent crew, appropriate PPE, cable management, and safe rigging procedures.

Hire bookings are confirmed by written quote and deposit. Delivery, setup, and collection are available and quoted based on location and scope. Cancellations with short notice may incur fees. Faulty equipment will be replaced or refunded; consumables are non-returnable. Full terms provided at booking.
