Bookings
Quotes confirm availability at the time of issue. Bookings are secured when you accept our quote in writing and/or pay any specified deposit.

Responsibilities
Ensure suitable access, power, and venue permissions. You are responsible for equipment security while on site.
Loss & Damage
Loss, theft, or damage while on hire may be chargeable. Please take reasonable care and notify us immediately of any issues.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur charges.
- Risk Assessments & Method Statements: prepared for relevant jobs; site specifics confirmed in advance.
- Insurance: Public Liability cover in place; certificates available on request.
- PAT Testing: all portable electrical equipment is tested on a rolling schedule and visually checked before deployment.
- On-Site Practices: competent crew, appropriate PPE, cable management, and safe rigging procedures.
