• Room or site plan with stage position if available
• Power availability and any generator plans
• Load-in access, parking and any restrictions
• Timings: access, rehearsal, show, curfew

Typical response time: within 2 business hours (Mon–Fri). For weekend events, we monitor messages and will get back as soon as possible.
