- Wind considerations: safe working wind speed per manufacturer guidelines; anemometer monitoring in breezy conditions
- Anchoring/ballast: ground anchors or ballast blocks as required by site
- Access vehicle: towable trailer unit with levelling jacks
What’s Included
Site Requirements
- Access & Clearance: Suitable access for a towable trailer; minimum clear route width 3 m and height 3.5 m to performance area.
- Surface: Firm, level ground free of underground services where anchors/ballast may be placed.
- Space Envelope: Allow at least 9 m × 7 m working area including guy lines and safety perimeter.
- Power: 1–2 × 13 A supplies for lighting/control; more may be needed for PA. We can supply distro if required.
- Weather Contingency: We monitor wind; in adverse conditions we may lower trim or pause performance for safety.
- Permissions: Event/site permissions and any local notices are the organiser’s responsibility.

Safety is built into every job. We provide method statements and risk assessments (RAMS), pre‑use inspections, and ongoing weather monitoring. Our crew follow manufacturer guidelines for anchoring, ballast and wind management.
